Carrot Cake

Ingredients for Carrot Cake :

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 1 small teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 160 g oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 125 g ground hazelnuts
  • 375 g shredded carrots

Technical stages for Carrot Cake :

  • Mix 1:
  • Sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  • Mix 2:
  • Mix the oil, eggs and sugar.
  • Combine mix 1 and 2 and add the ground hazelnuts and shredded carrots.
  • Put in a buttered baking pan and bake at 160°C or 320°F for about 1h25.
