Buckwheat pancake Batter
  • For : 3/4 litre batter
  • Time : 2 hours

For this recipe, you need :

  • 150 g buckwheat flour
  • 100 g flour
  • 1/4 litre water
  • 1/4 litre milk
  • coarse salt

Technical Stages :

  • Mix both flours along with coarse salt in the bowl.
  • Add water as you whisk then the milk.
  • Mix to obtain a smooth uniform batter.
  • Leave to rest a few hours before cooking buckwheat pancakes.
