Potato Pancakes

Ingredients for Potato Pancakes :

  • 600 g potato purée
  • 125 g grated Emmental
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 1 egg
  • nutmeg
  • pepper
  • salt
  • olive oil

Important points for Potato Pancakes :

  • In a bowl, mix the potato puree with grated Emmental.
  • Add flour, egg, salt, pepper and grated nutmeg.
  • Mix.
  • Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan.
  • Place a table spoon of the mixture.
  • Gently smash using a fork to form a pancake.
  • Cook on medium heat on both sides for 5 minutes until well golden.
  • Serve warm.
