Ingredients for Endive Meunière :
endives
lemons
butter
chopped parsley
Technical stages for Endive Meunière :
Boil the endives in lemoned water for 40 to 50 minutes.
Drain and press to extract all water. Put them in a pan and
saute
in butter. Let them get slightly golden on one side, then flip and do the same on the other side.
Season and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Pour
beurre meuniere
on top just before serving.
