Low-fat Braised Endives

Ingredients for Low-fat Braised Endives :

  • 1 kg endives
  • 30 g butter
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • salt

Technical stages for Low-fat Braised Endives :

  • Put the wiped endives in a pot with the butter, 1 pinch salt, lemon juice and 1 glass water.
  • Cover and bring to a boil.
  • Lower the heat and cook for 30 to 35 minutes, checking that the endives do not stick.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • SLIM TIPS:
  • A winter dish rich in vitamin C through the parsley, which compensates the relatively low amounts found in the endives.
