Technical stages for Chocolate Bits :
- Slowly melt the chocolate with the butter and sugar.
- Meanwhile, crush the butter cookies in small pieces.
- Away from heat, add the 3 egg yolks and cookie crumbs.
- Put in a buttered and floured dish.
- Leave to rest for 24 hours in the fridge.
- Unmold, cut in pieces and enjoy.
