Shrimps with Chili Butter

For this recipe, you need :

  • 24 shrimps
  • 125 g soft butter
  • 1 pickled red chili pepper
  • pepper
  • coarse sea salt
  • chives

Technical Stages :

  • Peel the shrimp tails, keeping the head on the body of the shrimp.
  • Melt the butter with the chili pepper until brownish.
  • Before serving, put the shrimps in a pan with a bit of margarine or oil. Cover and cook over strong heat.
  • Arrange in ramequins: 6 shrimps each, moistened with warm chili butter.
  • Add quite some pepper and salt, then sprinkle with chiseled chives.
  • Tip:
  • Serve very warm! Salt with coarse sea salt.
