Technical stages for Figs in Cream :
- Preheat the oven at 200°C or 392°F.
- Using a knife, cut the figs stem down to 1 cm (0,39 inch) so as to see the red inside of the fruit.
- Put them in a baking dish and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 10 minutes. They should start caramelizing. From then on be very careful, as the sugar must caramelize but not burn.
- Take out of the oven and let cool.
- BEfore serving, coat the figs with , leaving them in the baking dish.
