Prepare all the ingredients.
Remove the zests of lemon and press the juice.
Cut the courgettes in 5 mm slices.
Heat a bit of butter and oil in a frying pan.
Add half courgettes and fry them on both sides. Remove from the pan and drain. Repeat this stage with the remaining courgettes.
When finished, place the cumin in the pan.
Add 2 teaspoons lemon juice and stir.
Bring to a boil.
Add the liquid cream and leave to boil for 2 minutes. Season.
Add the courgettes, stir for one minute on low heat and serve hot.
