Courgettes and Cumin Cream
Technical Stages :
- Remove the zests of lemon and press the juice.
- Cut the courgettes in 5 mm slices.
- Heat a bit of butter and oil in a frying pan.
- Add half courgettes and fry them on both sides.
- Remove from the pan and drain. Repeat this stage with the remaining courgettes.
- When finished, place the cumin in the pan.
- Add 2 teaspoons lemon juice and stir.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add the liquid cream and leave to boil for 2 minutes. Season.
- Add the courgettes, stir for one minute on low heat and serve hot.
