Low-fat Tomato Coulis

For this recipe, you need :

  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical Stages :

  • Peel the tomatoes, dice them. Remove the seeds.
  • Peel the onion and garlic, ciseler them.
  • Put into a blender and mix until homogeneous. Season to taste.
  • SLIM TIPS:
  • This coulis is quick to prepare. Use ripe tomatoes. You can freeze it in yogourt jars.
  • Tomatoes bring very little calories and are rich in carotens.
