Ingredients for Tomato Clafoutis :

  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 3 big vine tomatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 litre of milk
  • 1/4 litre of liquid cream
  • 10 g corn starch (Maïzena)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 30 g butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Grill the peppers in very hot oven for 20 to 25 mn so that they blacken...

In a baking dish, place the halves tomatoes and half of the pepper strips on the bottom.
