Cigarettes
  • Time : 30 minutes
  • Difficulty : easy

For this recipe, you need :

  • 500 g sugar
  • 125 g flour
  • 1/4 litre orange juice
  • 1 orange zest
  • 250 g melted butter

Technical Stages :

  • Sift the flour and mix it with the sugar.
  • Pour the orange juice, add the zests and the butter. Mix well. Put in the fridge.
  • To prepare the cigarettes, spread the dough with a brush in an oval shape on a slightly greased baking sheet.
  • Bake in warm oven (180°C or 356°F).
  • As soon as the dough turns golden, remove from the baking sheet with a spatula and wrap immediately around a cylinder (pen, wooden stick, tube, etc..)
