  • 1 kg carrots
  • 150 g butter
  • 50 g sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • herbs
  • garlic
  • parsley

Technical stages for Carrots Vichy :

  • Peel, clean and slice the carrots.
  • Put them in a skillet, cover with water. Add the butter, salt, pepper and sugar.
  • Cover with baking paper and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Uncover and cook until the water completely evaporated.
  • Saute to glaze. Add the herbs and the chopped garlic and parsley.
