  • carrots
  • butter
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar

Technical stages for Glazed Carrots 1 :

  • Turn the carrots.
  • Put them in a skillet, cover with water, add a couple of knobs of butter, season and add a bit of sugar.
  • Bring to a boiling point and cook for ten minutes, with the lid on.
  • Remove the lid and cook until total evaporation of the water.
  • Saute to glaze.
