Ingredients for Blood Sausage Cari :

  • 600 g blood sausage
  • 300 g onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • thyme
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • chili pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon saffron
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • salt

Technical stages for Blood Sausage Cari :

  • Cut th eblood sausage into pieces and sauté it. Keep aside. Mince the onions and sweat them for 15 minutes with the crushed garlic and thyme. Add the peeled, seeded and diced tomatoes, the chili pepper and saffron.
  • 5 minutes before the end, put back the pieces of sausage in the pan. Mix and serve warm.
