Technical stages for Fruit Cake 2 :
- Mix the butter and sugar with a wooden spatula.
- Add the eggs and mix.
- Add the milk and soaked fruits. Mix well.
- At last, combine the sifted flour with the baking powder.
- Mix well.
- You should get a homogeneous batter.
- Fill the cake pan up to 3/4 of its volume.
- For that, use pastry bag.
- Bake in a warm oven (180°C or 356°F) for 20 minutes.
- After a few minutes the cake starts to rise and browns nicely.
- Take out of the oven.
- Unmold.
- The cakes must be very easily detached silicone moulds.
- You should get a homogeneous batter.
