Ingredients for Snail Bouchees :

  • Mini-bouchees
  • Canned snails
  • Snail butter

Technical stages for Snail Bouchees :

  • Open the can, rinse and drain the snails.
  • Deposit the mini-bouchees in a dish. Stuff them with one or two snails and a knob of snail butter.
  • Reserve in a cool area.
  • When serving, put the bouchees in the oven until the butter is completely melted and warm.
