Ingredients for Chocolate Biscuit :

  • 1 egg
  • 60 g flour
  • 50 g almond powder
  • 10 cl milk
  • 1 tablespoon liquid sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • salt

Technical stages for Chocolate Biscuit :

  • Mix the milk with the egg yolk, almonds, flour, cocoa and sweetener.
  • Beat the egg white until stiff with a pinch of salt.
  • Gently mix the egg white with the chocolate mix.
  • Pour in a slightly buttered or non-stick baking pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C or 356°F.
