Tarragon Butter

Ingredients for Tarragon Butter :

  • 100 g butter
  • 50 g tarragon
  • salt, pepper

Technical stages for Tarragon Butter :

  • Blanch the tarragon and puree it.
  • Mix with the cream butter. Season. Roll into a cylindrical shape in a sheet of baking paper.
  • Keep refrigerated.
  • To serve it, just unroll the cylinders and slice the butter.
