Skin a fish

There is a way to skin a fish. You remove the skin from the tail to the head and not the contrary. Incise the tail and pull the skin toward the head. For some kinds of fish, like sole, you must hold the skin firmly and snap it off. If the skin slides between your fingers help yourself with a teatowel.
